Auditions for all marching pecussionists and color guard members will be from 4:30 to 7pm Monday through Wednesday. Meet in the LRHS Band Room. Please remember to wear light clothing, athletic shoes and be sure to eat, rest and HYDRATE!
Concert Thursday 7pm
The Spring Band Concert for all three band classes will be Thursday Night in the LRHS Auditorium starting at 7pm. Each band will play four selections and them all band members will be on stage for the Grande Finale.
Admission is $5. Tickets can be reserved on the band web page and are available at the door.
New Marching Band Mini-camp 9am-1pm
The first mini-camp for all of next year’s marching band members is this Saturday May 12th from 9am to 1pm. Band members should dress in shorts, Tshirt , tennis shoes and socks. There will be a basics block outside so don’t forget your sunglasses, hat and water bottle. Music rehearsals will include the warmup book and next year’s show music – Under a Midnight Sky. Time is set aside to select new drum majors and vote for band captain.
